Q. Do you rent to persons under 25 years of age?

A. Yes. As long as the following conditions are met:

• We must have you and a person that is over the age of 25 sign the contract (co-signer).
• You and your co-signer agree to take full responsibility for the property for any damage, theft, and violations of the contract.
• Both signers must post a security deposit. The security deoposit can be in the form of a credit card (no a debit card) or in the form of a check or money order for $250.00

Q. Do you require a security deposit?

A. We require a $250.00 security deoposit. This deposit can be waived if you use a credit card.

Q. Do you accept credit cards?

A. Yes. Payment can in the form of check, money order, or major credit card.

Q. When is the full balance due?

A. We require $250.00 to hold the reservation. The remainder of the payment must be in full 45 days before the rental.

Q. Do you offer cancellations insurance?

A. We offer cancellation insurance to cover emergency medical situation for the immediate family and when there is a required evacuation declared by the governor of South Carolina. This insurance is available for $125.00.

A. 4:00 p.m. the day of arrival

A. 10:00 a.m. the day of departure
